Store Features
All features are available in every store, there is no premium-rate payment for better features. When new features are added, the are included in your store automatically.
Stores
- It's YOUR Store: Choose from six available layouts, set different colours or backgrounds, add pictures to your homepage.
- In-Store Shopping Cart: Customers can view their cart at any time whilst shopping.
- Latest News: List latest news items and new products in their own page.
- Stock Request: If a product is out of stock, the customer can request an e-mail when the product is available again. StoreBuilder sends this e-mail automatically, you don't have to do a thing!
- Featured Products, Special Offers and New Products: Promote special offers and new products using pages that you set the title for.
- Delivery Charges: Set a delivery charge and a maximum price to which the charge applies.
- Delivery Areas: Set where in the world you can deliver to and set prices accordingly.
- Departments: Set up to 10 departments to put your products into.
Products
- Unlimited Products: There is no limit to the number of products you can sell in your stores.
- Product Pictures: You can upload a picture for each product.
- Product Options: Allows customers to choose different product options (e.g. colours).
- Text Options: Take information from customers such as text they want printing on a product, set the maximum size and also whether the option is required or not.
- Multi-priced Options: Set different prices to different options (e.g. for different sizes).
- Product Position: Move products up and down your listing pages to promote better sales.
- Stock Levels: Make sure you only sell the products you have by setting a stock counter on each product.
Orders
- Order E-mails: Both customer and retailer get a copy of the order via e-mail as soon as it has been authorised.
- Printing: Print order details for your dispatch department and invoices to send with the order to your customers.
- Order Search: Search through your entire order history by customer name, date and address.
Payments
- Credit Card Payments: Customers can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta cards.
- Card Authorisation: Each card is authorised before the order is accepted. You will not receive an order from an unauthorised credit card.
Miscellaneous
- Site Updates: Site Updates are included as part of the commission payment. You are informed about each update via e-mail
- Orders: Whenever an order is received it is e-mailed directly to you.
- Risk Free!: There are no contract terms (you can close the store when you wish) and there is no minimum time between orders.
