Open A Store The process to open a store with StoreBuilder is as simple to use as the rest of the site. There are 5 stages where we'll ask you for details about your company, contact information and bank details before creating your store while you wait. We'll also ask you for the .co.uk domain you wish to use. As there are some many domains already registered, we will run a check to see if the domain you want is available. Finally, we'll take payment from a credit card before registering your choice of domain and setting up your store. Setting up your merchant account can take up to four weeks (we try and get it done quicker but we are at the mercy of the speed of your bank), but in the meantime you will be able to design your store, add products and make sure that everything is how you want it. You'll also receive a "polling agreement" from the suppliers of our credit card system, Commidea. This must be signed and returned to Commidea before any money can be taken by your site. Once your store is created, you'll be able to log in using the "Store Manager Login" on the left, this will take you to the admin area where you'll be able to work on your store.
